For the longest time I have been trying to find a good way to record crusader so I can get my game play but nothing works. Just wondering if anyone has advice or suggestions about how they record it thanks.

They say Bandicam is a good program for that. But I don't know if you use it without paying...

Check this out.

According to this, maybe you record up to 10 minutes per game without paying the license.

But it is very likely that there is a completely free alternative. There are others here who record their games, hopefully they will tell you what they use. If not, ask them in their threads.

VLC Media Player will capture (or says it does, at least). The program is free.

I have not captured anything with it, but it says it does perform captures. In what screen mode, I dunno. It doesn't state this, and there are various screen modes in Windows 7 or above, and all are on different screen layers.

If it does, you're going to have a very large file to view. A game can last an hour and sometimes more, so be aware that you're capturing to a disk or disk partition that has plenty of space available.
