Hello I come with an question which is old,but Iwant to modify sh2. The Problem is: the dds converter do his job and the converter writes after converting to jpeg ,done,.

but i cant found those jpeg`s because they aren`t in the setted output folder. hAS anyone ideas?

Why are you converting them to jpegs? What programs are you using?

You don't need to use a DDS converter anymore now. You can just use Paint.net instead.

Ok but is there a Programm for Windows 7
But Not for Windows 7 sp1?

I am unsure whether Windows 7 SP1 is required. Regarding to this page Windows 7 should work, it is not specifically said that one needs to have Windows 7 SP1, like it is the case with Windows XP SP2.

Well if you are converting to anything, convert to .png or .tif other file type do not support an alpha channel which the game uses.

Thanks i try in afternoon. But now to school... Ähm a little question,were can i get the aalphachannel in paint.net??

Yes but if i open for example archer.dds there is nothing to work with.
Make sure you're not reading the file directly from the Firefly Studios Stronghold 2 folder.
