Should you have a technical issue concerning one of the games, please follow this short guide about how to request assistance efficiently.

Subject: The Game (SH1/SHC/SH2/SHL/SHCE/SHK/SH3) - Short issue description.
In the message you should provide us at least (but not limited to) the following information:

- The game -and its version- where you are experiencing the issue (in confirmation with the title)
- The nature of the issue and detailed description of how it occurs.
- Your PC specifications, which includes (Control Panel -> Settings):
Processor
Operating System
Video/Graphics Card
Sound
RAM Memory
Hard Disk Space (GB)
If you have a DVD-ROM Drive
Direct X version


- Notes. If you have any personal guess about why is it happening.
