I have decided not to involve myself in the glory race for the game, so there are a lot of things I'm curious about, namely Houses and other political motivations.
What motivates a faction to join a particular house? If that house is dominant, what would motivate them to leave that house and join another one? What kinds of things trigger wars between houses? What stops most people from taking over the villages of unaffiliated players? What's with parishes where someone with a single village is the steward when they're the only person in their house in that parish? What motivates everyone else to vote that player in or allow them to vote themselves in? Or parishes where a player without even a faction is the steward, why wouldn't a faction with a house take the parish for their house? Since I don't involve myself in these issues, they're things I don't understand, but I'd like to know more about them.
-DOOMBRINGER-
"DOOMBRINGER, make a parking space IMMEDIATELY!"
"DOOMBRINGER declares it to be SO!"
"DOOMBRINGER, I command you to lay siege to THE ISS!"
