Hey there! I just meant to ask if anyone here knows what's going on with Stronghold Nation? It's been down for a while, and we've heard no word from Lord Chris or anyone else regarding this issue.
I guess it's some issue with the server, but I just meant to mention this here, and to ask if someone knows something.
Yes, it's an issue with the server. Almost simultaneously, all the drives which the site was stored on failed, including the raid 10 array which was prevents downtime.
The first drive died for some reason, and due to a hardware fault when attempting to kick over to the second drive that also failed. The actual failure was a faulty disk and raid array. But this is about as rare as both car headlights burning out at the same time.
Our server monitoring team are currently restoring the server and trying to recover the data after the hard drives were lost.
If all else fails, I have a backup on my PC from 2 days before the server crashed. This is an extremely rare occurrence and recovering the data can take a very long time because all the hard drives have to be manually opened and transferred to a new hard drive, and they must be in exactly the same place as in the old one. If any dust gets in, the data is lost.
I've heard word from the server monitoring team that they are nearly finished, and if you access the site now, you will see the default webpage, which is a sign they are finally getting somewhere.

Thanks for your reply, and the explanation of what is going on. I am glad to hear everything will be fine whatsoever! It is great thing indeed that you have your own backup as well.
Also, I think we could let other know about this issue at Google+ page, and maybe at the BlogSpot page as well. I realize we were using Google+ more recently, but just in case someone tries to find out something by "googling".
