I'm not so sure a single player competition would be a good idea, as I've come to learn over the years that there's many ways to cheat - laddermen population for gold, doppleganging farms, etc.
How would you ensure everyone's playing honestly?
I like the fantasy comp idea. Perhaps a single winner for SH1, SHC, and SH2. Entries judged on both scenario design AND eyecandy. Why not both? The true measure of a well rounded designer.
What does everyone think of this?
A real-life castle and surrounding area is chosen to recreate as faithfully as possible.

Hey Yasko good points, I to have some experience building comp maps, with proper scripting and having the player send their save it makes it pretty hard to cheat.
Peter, I will send the map today, I forgot that there's 3 versions so I had to retest before I could send it out.
As far as a real life castle, not for me.
What is actually considered a fantasy map?

Before that happens, please post here any ideas/suggestions you would have about it:
What game(s) should the competition include
- I think Stronghold 3 and another version of Stronghold game which the peoples want.
What should it be about? Mapmaking, Gameplay skill, Scripting, anything else.
- Map making and Gameplay of Course.
What prize should the winner get? (A custom title is possible)
- Doesnt is needed prizes, but we shall leave the peoples vote.
Im in, because i was speaking with my Sh1 friends in gameranger and they all would like to play a 2 Vs 2 tourney of sh1. I would like to invite the Stronghold Heavens to join us.
