There's nothing wrong with this map as a freebuild. All the buildings appear to be available allowing you to set up a fully-functioning castle. Initial resources is more than sufficient to get you started. Iron and stone are present on the map (bottom of area) and there is more than enough room to establish a settlement outside the confines of the keep area.
Whilst the initial resource amounts are fine, i'd personally prefer to see a bit less to start with, to make it a bit more of a challenge. That aside, the map design is such that feeding your people with anything other than cheese is tricky, and personally I liked the distance to the flat terrain where your wheat farms and hop farms would be placed. The signpost does limit you to one area of the two though. Again, nothing wrong with balance as such.
A bit lacking here i'm afraid. The design as a whole, including the presentation is on the weaker side. I did like the thought of the mountain castle tucked away, and can be developed into a decent sized settlement given time. Needs more substance though to gain a higher score.
Map Design: 2/5
In principle, and as mentioned above, the mountain castle with the access routes clearly marked out for you is an interesting concept. Credit for this aspect of the design. However, to look at the terrain is a bit crude and could really do with either subtle changes in height, or a more ragged appearance to the mid plain which predominantly covers the map. Desperately needs some rocks, shrubs and other landscape features to bring it alive.
The story here is short and sweet, and reads fine. Needs more to it though to gain the average score of 3.0, and a 2.0 score is given for providing some content as opposed to nothing.
A perfectly playable freebuild, a bit basic in design but it works. With freebuilds you should be looking to make the terrain as appealing as possible, and trying to present enough of a challenge to the player so that they don't feel bored after a short period of time. Keep up the work though, before long you'll have it cracked!

Hi Lord Ryu~
I liked the idea of the ring around the keep, along with the trenches dug out to the two gates. The people were able to walk around the one closest to the keep (which wouldn't be good in a military map!), but they were forced to go through the second one. I was able to set up food production easily enough - there was a good balance of animals to be hunted nearby, and fields at a further distance.

The map could use a bit of fine tuning, as far as making it look more natural, but had some interesting elements as well.

Short story, could be expanded!
Overall, a playable map with a different concept - nice job!
