Part1_Legion of Blight(revised)

Author File Description
Lord Prozak
File Details
Map Size: 300x300 (Medium)
Difficulty: Hard
Minimap:
My first map and the first in a series of missions im making.

Story: Lord Edwin Ragnorak was once the mayor of a humble farming village. Until the War came, Mass Legions of some dark sinister force are besieging the Outer Cities. Now Lord Ragnorak must turn his small community into a battle ready fort. He needs to send the Outer Citites swords and stone so they can continue fighting but unknown to him the legions are much closer then he thinks...

My first map so helpful comments are more then welcome.

(revised): fixed various things, the maps generally easier now as i felt it took a very long time to win.

peter2008 OO, this scenario is a tough nut. Though it's truly an eco mission there's a lot of fighting on the map. To bandits, lions and invasions come repeating bad events. You're very busy to do things right and defend yourself with all your little might. Many buildings are restricted and your measures and limited. It's impossible to have a high population. The good side of this: you don't need an "endless" number of chapels. Popularity falls often and slowly raises again.
Exciting: there are four signposts on the map. Few archers and spears defend chokepoints with the help of pitch ditches. Reinforcement troops running around.

PS. Some scores Lord Rushton gave the map irritate me. Why is his rating for playability that low, for map design and story / instructions so high? - I would rate just the other way.
