Around 2600 BC, the late bronze age. A huge trade center was built up in the north of turkey. The walled city was a symbel of wealth.
However greek invaders overcome with greed took sail and headed for the mighty stronghold, its rick tin and gold deposits would have filled there coffers.
Legend has it the city held out for 10 years before finally falling due to the trojen horse trick.
History is about to be repeated can you hold out?
I have used historic knowledge to construct the map. Here are the following historic facts i had to work on:
1) The layout of troy is known dur to its exuration, the stone walls and defence tower present only in the citedel are known. A ditch surrounding the lower city was also found.
2)In the exuvation of the site piles of small rocks were found. It is believed this piles were made by the defending army as slingers attemptted to repel the invaders
Due to this i have used slingers as the projectile force on the map.
3)The trojen horse story is more myth, but we do know the fighting occurred on the site and the city did fall to an evasion most likly the greek army, as written in homers story.
Burnt bodies were found on the site indicating the city was burnt to the ground.
4)The city was very large for its time with around a 10 thousand population.
Any other details you find on the map were bits i filled in, but i have tried to stay as close to the historic describtion as possiable.
Good luck see if you can change history, a warning theres about 1500 invasion troops, it ran smoothly on my machine but people with older machines might get some slowdown.
Please review thank you!
