Alternate universe: it is in the year of our lord February 1836. Due to overwhelming world peace, technology has been slowed precipitously. The discovery of gunpowder has been delayed. You find yourself fighting for the newly formed Monarchy of Texas in an old, crumbling adobe mission against the chivalrous, though tyrannical, Mexican army. You are Lord William B. Travis, commander of the Alamo fort of San Antonio de Bexar.
The newly established ruler of Mexico, King Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, has sent forces to destroy you and your threatening rebel rousers. You and your men number only about 200 against a battle-harden troop of over 4,000 men. Your first objective is to call upon as many Texican volunteers you can to repel the invading force. The odds are completely against you. You know no aid is forthcoming, and you have no hope in withstanding the onslaught, but it is your God given duty to take as many of the enemy with you for your King, Samuel Houston, who is gathering forces further to the northeast.
This is a wanderfull map. Unfortunately I'm not to keen on impossible missions... I have tried to win the map and I would succed if there weren't some scriting error: you couldn't win OR LOOSE until ...some year. You could at least change the losing date or you won't be able to lose until that date although the king is dead. if you change that I will give you better ratings, so please update the map. Also... you could work more on the map design, to make it look better and I will change the map design rating too...
The story is touching... men who fought to the death... well done!!!

The zip file comes with a long soundtrack labeled Santa Anna. Sounds like the movie entrance song for the mexican army. Well done!
Played this and like the above rating, its hard. Try to keep you fear factor up so you get +5 and 25% bonus. Then blast em!
Made it to July 1849, and thats 13 years of all out war. You have to make it to 1865 to win. Killed probably 10000 enemy troops during that time.
