Okay, finally my own map. I couldn't let my son Lord Liam outdo me, so I gave it a try.
The Duke of Kerken is a cruel, lazy tyrant. When news of his excesses reaches the King, you are asked to drive out the Duke. In return, you will be rewarded with these once prosperous lands. Once securing them, send the crown a tribute. You will no doubt encounter those who would challenge your right to rule, including the ousted Duke, but if you prove you can make these lands vital while defending them against invaders, your descendents will be blessed with a land full of wonderful resources.
The goals here are economic, as well as military and this is a Cede scenario (ahem, Listibald :) ).
I hope you all enjoy and I welcome comments, advice, etc. There is a sort of a hint for the beginning of the mission included in the zip. If you'd like to read it, feel free. Thanks,

The map played well, with no glitches, and was very fun to play. The only problem was it was just to easy. The enemy attacks were just too weak to present too much of a challenge. You could make this scenario a lot tougher by restricting some of the resources available, as well as bulking up the enemy invaders.
Very good balance between economic goals and fending off invasions (although weak invasions). Timing of events was well thought out and reasonable, and the goals were enough to keep the map going, and yet not drag the sceanrio out too long. Good job!
Simple and plain, nothing that stands out to catch the eye.
Map Design: 3
Terrain and foliage used well, with the river making a nice centerpiece. Active wildlife, but a little more overall variety and detail are needed to liven things up a bit.
Good story, with a nice description page and in map story, plus the minimap (always a plus!)
A nice effort. You have great potential, just jazz up the maps a little more, and don't be afraid to make it tough on the player! :)
Playability : Fun to play, but too easy. Conquering the castle at the beginning is simple, then the invasions are weak and don't cause much trouble.
Balance : Invasions happen only right after you've conquered the castle. After a few waves, nothing more happens and it's just a looong economic scenario until you gather the required goods.
Creativity : OK but a bit plain and straightforward.
Map Design : Pleasant, but a bit flat. Not much landscaping here.
Story / Instruction : Well written, with a mini-map, always a nice touch.
