... two years pass by since your return from Glydalw.Your Cousin Duawyn had been sent to Glydalw to relieve you of your duties so that you may return home. The iron mines of Glydalw are of extreme importance to your family's position with the new Norman monarch and the village under Duawyn's watch had prospered. Duawyn had also began a massive undertaking of replacing the ole Motte and Baily with stone defensive structures. Alas you hear terrible news. Theov - a consort and once family friend - gained control of the garrison, imprisoned Duawyn and cruely looted Glydalw. He then had your cousin behead and in fear of retribution fled to the east... The remaining peasants tell tale of your cousin's ghost wondering from the prison tower bestowing a curse upon the land. Glydalw's defenses are yet complete and your father fears nearby Norman lords may be enticed to aquire the mines. Your father comands you to go to Glydalw stengthen it's defenses and rebuild it's economy.
