Updating my first try.
Iron Wolf Castle has stayed uninhabited for years, despite its abundant iron ore resources. Over time, the animals have slowly become the true lords of the castle.
As with most eco maps that don't have a time limit, it played much like a free build, which is kind of nice for a change. There were a few goals that weren't too hard, but they did keep me focused and on track. Many wolf attacks provided challenge, although there were a lot of archers (et al.) provided. Experienced players might find it too easy, but it should provide a nice challenge for newer ones. (And experienced players can still have fun with it, as it IS an enjoyable map to play!)

The map was nicely done - lots of outlying towers for the archers. One corner was a bit empty (i.e. grassland), and the boulders looked kind of out of place (especially seeing as they weren't needed for any goals), but still - nice job.

I would have liked to have seen a more fleshed-out story!

Nice job, History Freak - I'm looking forward to more from you!

I had a lot of fun with this map. The large wolf attacks were a nice little challenge. I lost on my first attempt because my lord wandered out to the iron mines where my knights were killing some rabbits and he got hammered by the wolves. LOL ... any ways ... I like it very much. If I did a whole review on this map, I'd give you a 5 over-all. I liked it that much!
