After entering into the county of Tripoli and destroying duc Camembert and baron von Bloater, the battles go on. The Pig Brothers decided to attack our forcesteach them that Saladin isn't a person you can mess wiz. Finally, we can end duc Truffe once and for all.

Da Great Meat
At first, I have to mark that this type of map was erroneously posted for the invasion category. I guess, it’s a kind of Skirmish scenario, where you face two opponents (Pigs) with two allies on your side and you as the invader. There aren’t any invasions that you have to withstand and your both allies aren’t reliable at all. They’re regularly asking for wood, but they refuse your orders to attack these awful Pigs as an equivalent for your economic support. For that reason, it is better to find out a suitable strategy to overwhelm the two Pig Brothers.
This task isn’t easy to achieve, because of your restrictive possibilities of mustering military units. You only can recruit slaves and slingers on your mercenary post. Now, you will surely argue that these weaker units wouldn’t be in a position to defeat a pretended superior opponent. Just one tip in this case: Do not underestimate the military abilities of engineers and tunnelers; the second tip: Care about your initial Arabian archers while advancing, because the enemies will defend themselves by crossbowmen and macemen!
The map is well balanced and challenging because of the uncommon location of your keep, the granary, and the stockpiles. These initial buildings are situated on a small, flat and “dry” area in the midst of the sea. There are two long and narrow fords winding like a worm, being the one, and only connected passages to the mainland nearby. On the eastern island, you will find lots of wood, necessary both for your own projects and for your allies’ assistance.
I needed three restarts, until I realized the special subtlety of this map; when you start building up your farms, woodcutters and different workshops on the eastern island, all your peasants, or subjects won’t go to the stockpile next to the keep. They do not deliver their products or goods that way, but they linger inactive on the island. As soon as I deleted two stockpile elements, the workers went back to work again (strange to say).
It is important to achieve a high popularity before you’ll get ready for an effective attack. The most critical parts of this mission will be the conquest of the coastal areas and the stabilization of a varied food supply. If all these tasks are achieved, the main objective (eliminating the two Pigs) just will be a question of time.
Unfortunately, there isn’t any longer story, it is just a brief description of the current situation. This map, created by “the black night”( I don’t know if it’s his first one), isn’t too hard, even a little bit tricky, but generally an enjoyable mission to play.
