Dry River Valley is the endless desert with no water and sufficient space for planting and cultivation. Additional Comments: I only took off on playability because its an economic scenario and I dont play those much. But when I played this I was asking myself, "Why dont I play more of these types of maps, they are fun!?". The lions actually hunt you down, so watch out. The basic start out and rugged arid area with animals all around, makes for a real GOOD GAME. Nice and long for the person who loves to build and watch his empire grow from grains of sand.

Hey everybody!

Thanks guys for your comments and evaluations to my creation. Lot of time has passed since I uploaded this map (more than a year), btw it was my first one :)

Stratego, I agree if to add some bandits raids and some other events to the map it would be more exciting and not so borring at the end of the mission. If I have enough time and of cource inspiration for editing the map I'll certainly do it. But, now - if you want to - you can edit it by yourself...As I'd be very interested how it would look after some changings in history, events, task, etc. by another editor.

Dragon of C Hey, nice map and great to play - not realy hart, but I like that stuff :-)

Great idea to design a dry river valley - looks realistic and so I downloaded it and had fun.
Good work!!!

Dragon of C,
Thank you for the evaluation of my work
peter2008 Really loved the scenario, too. The sqeuence of goods requested make sense. Step by step the economy is built and the map occupied, the nowhere "cultivated".
fayez2010 Nice map design, difficult starting but I should say that when my economy was stable, I was able to put out fire, much food stocks and plenty of gold, also the goods started to gather, I had nothing to do!!!! So I sit back and incrased game speed for gathering goods quickly and a easy victory was upon me.
Anyhow I liked, really liked the fact that you didn't insert invasions in this eco-map and only used events. Good, very good, excellent for this work!!!!
riderwinz I was expecting this to be difficult with all the lions, but as my initial workers were moving off, I sent my archers to each group of lions, starting with the N.E. & going anti-clockwise. I didn't lose a single archer, & never used my spearmen.
Once I'd put in sufficient wells, the rest was easy.
Some invasions would have been good.
