This map, although being an invasion, plays like a siege map: survive; or die.
Playability: 4
The invasion starts almost right away, you only have the time to organise your troops.
There is no need to have buildings as you don't have time to produce anything.
I placed three fletchers besides the keep to produce bows with the wood of all the other buildings, as long as I had enough wood to manage to rebuild the wooden barracks in another place of the map if when it got destroyed, far away from the enemy so it would last the longest possible before being destoyed again. The ability to hire more archers ended when I ran out of wood. Not to mention your popularity drops when the granary is destroyed, so think of hiring the last archers before the population goes away...
I also used the extra wood to reinforce the wooden walls where I thought there was a need right at the beginning of the game.
I used the little flamable pitch wisely and placed it in strategic places.
Balance: 4
The size of the attacking army is huge in comparison of the defending forces. I had to plan where to place my military units so they would be the most efficient without being killed. I had to move some of them a few times to do so.

Classic invasion map, nice motte and bailey.
It was a bit of a disappointment not to be able to have the chance to run the economy... at least twenty or thirty months.
Map Design: 3
Nice design of castle, maybe some more detailing on the terrain could do.

Ahem...
Additional Comments:
I played this map on very hard setting and made it with 49% losses.
I recommend you flame the pitch only when you are sure it will eliminate many enemies at a time. Try to use it the most efficiently possible.
The difference of forces is huge, it's a great challenge.
The map only having two consecutive invasions at the beginning, the playing time is short: until there are no more enemies or until your lord dies.
Start the map at speed 10 to be able to get things organised quick.
Worth giving it a try.
