Upon first arriving in the holy lands you set about making a name for yourself, trading much of your provisions to buy the services of arab merceneries. unfortunately your actions have drawn the attention of one of saladin's less merciful generals. you have been forced back into a small coastal town to hopefully make your last stand and the recognition that drew you out into this godforsaken land.
This is my first submitted crusader map so please reveiw and tell me about any problems, suggestions so i can make this better, or you could fix it urself if you find the time.
There are lots of things you can do with this castle. You don't have much time for major modifications but I must say I made some changes wich allowed me to finish the mission. There was only one problem: after surviving the first year and completing all my defence I have noticed that your troops represent no threat anymore so I spent 1 hour playing the guitar and when I got back your troops were still attacking me. This mission is too long
Like I said earlyer the mission isn't balanced at all. Your troops rushed into my castle like sheep and were slaughtered. It would be better if you reduce the attaching army and your army by 3 quarters and put more archers in the attacking army
well there were some things in your map I found to be nice like the docks and the way the castle integrates itself in the high plain
Map Design: 4.5
I like the castle a lot but if I were you I'd show some interest for the landscape too... it's too simple
Well I guess this is the rating you would give yourself for the story
if this is your first map keep goin' but please, if you find time make a map were you're suposed to attack a castle like my Alup, Ignis Ater, Nosferatu or J-Jester, it seems I'm the only one to build this kind of missions at least in Crusader
This is a nice well designed castle with DOCKS! I found some archers were trapped at their posts, but the coolest dungeon makes up for that.
