This is not a very good map at all. don't download it at all. it needs a lot of work and you need to get rid of most of the lions.
Its not very playable.

I judge playability on a few things. One influencing factor is: how quickly I quit playing a map. Some maps I play all the way through, others I quit right away. The ones I quit right away are usually unplayable or it doesnt interest me to play it (dumb map). They also get low ratings. I played this map for 10 minutes. Its a playable map to a point. If you want to "do" anything other than watch a pooly designed castle run, you have to go out and face the lions. That means lion slaughter time, so if you are a animal lover dont play this map. Some people dont like wholesale slaughter of animals to the Nth degree (there are probably over 10,000 lions on here). I give Castle Builders some leeway when rating them so I gave this a three.
The lions are what I based my rating on. If there were less of them, spaced out more in waves, and maybe a couple of deer to chase around, then I would give this more than a 2. The map also has 8 quarries and no ox carts.
A spark of creative thought in the beginning with the lions, then downhill after that. I used to design castles like this when I first started playing, with big clumps of clearly defined resources. Just doesnt look realistic, the map needs more work (like the first review mentioned above, nice to see someone take the time to review a map).

If you set up your horsearchers above the wall, its like playing asteroids or space invaders. In order to get a better rating, you need to put more effort in designing your next map. Look at the design tips on the main site.
None. Write up a story about a lion infestation and slap it on here for at least a 2. Again more work is needed.
Additional Comments: An experiment, where the author wanted to see what it would be like to put a %^#*load of lions on a map. It's not great, but not a total loss either. New and inventive ideas like this are what get you the good ratings. Keep Trying!
