Map Size: 400x400 (Large)
Number of Players: 6
Balance: Balanced
Difficulty: Hard
Minimap:
Since many centuries, stories of great battles and wars were passed on from generation to generation. Stories of heros, survivors, and victories. For nearly fifteen years , war was believed inevitable between the two sides. It is now time for you to show your bravery and your courage to take on your opponents on this treacherous terrain, to come out victor. Through years of blood and fights, villages have taken form of the terrain; degrading and crumbling under its own weight. Will you be able to overtake your ennemy as your ancestors did centuries before you, or will you fall to their knees and beg for mercy?

Good Gaming,
Pat Dark Knight

This is a skirmish map for six players. The comps dont jam up at all, and everything looks good on function. Im taking off because its pretty linear, march straight ahead and you will find the enemy eventually. I like more strategy and creative keep placements. Also the close grouping causes no jam up problems, but its a extremely tight cluster of walls and buildings eventually.

Balance: 5
Map is designed for multiplayer and looks even on balance. I wondered about the mountains effecting resource gathering, however this doesnt seem to much of a problem. Pat wanted limited wood to simulate desolation and harsh climate (No Mans Land). This fact put this map a head above the normal 3 v 3. If you could put a bigfoot in the mountains that would be a improvement, but since you cant this is 5.

Creativity: 4
The linear design is keeping me from a five here. Everything else aside, this is just a straight on at 'em, head to head, battle after building up your armies.

Map Design: 5
This map took much effort, and it paid off in overall quality. Is this a shared clan map or did you make it?

Story/Instructions: 3
Average effort for a generic theme. I like the storylines from Pat's other work.

Additional Comments:
This is a must for teams in multiplayer or just a good map for a comp stomp too. Download it. Play it.

Well, if you play with the wolf or the sherriff, as always, their castles will like collide with the castles at their sides
Balance: 5
Very well balanced map, equal grassland for everyone, as the same for the iron and stone

Creativity: 5
Very creative map, i liked a lot those little owns in the middle of the map

Map Design: 4
Wow, i liked the terrain in the middle, it makes it hard to go to the other side of the map.

Story/Instructions: 5
GREAT story, original and creative, you have a lot of imagination

Additional Comments:
The only annoying thing (this does'nt lower the rating) is that to go to the other side i had to use some 100 horse archers to clear the area, since it was infested with enemy archers, and they kept coming, other thing is that the computer AI's start to destroy those towns in the middle of the map, the only thing is that they never destroyed it.
