An enjoyable scenario, almost like a free-build map. Not difficult, although it did take me a couple of re-starts to get enough initial food for my folks. The hunter is available, but no game?
The map is quite nicely done and there is one clever trick in the pre-built buildings that surprised me in the beginning. It would have been nice to have some iron, just for the variety if not to make weapons to sell.
My suggestions would be to provide game (takes a while to get some food going) and some trade opportunities. I liked the low population requirement, but adding one more requirement like X number blessed or drinking ale would have made it more challenging.
Your story and instructions were a bit sparse, and could have benefited from using the spell-checker :)
All in all, it was a pleasant afternoon game, but not enough of a challenge to play a second time.

There is a big contrast between the massive walls next to the stronghold keep and the limited measures (and needs) for an economy here.
As the script contains just a win condition, the mission in fact plays like a nice and interesting castle builder.
