After a thorough inspection of the old castle [my first ’’siege that’’ castle] it seemed that the castle was too easy to capture.
So now a second better castle has been constructed.
The castle layout is so build that an enemy army can’t rush to the lord because they have to fight through gates, walls, guards and traps in order to win.
Layout castle :
- It has multiple turrets with archers.
- Three walls that surrounds the keep.
- Traps.
- Guards like swordsmen and pike men.
Looks good, I will try this ;) I think I already have a strategy by looking at the minimap ;)

Very well done, and a thumbs up to you :)
Here's how I done it:
*ANYONE WHO HASN'T DONE IT LOOK AWAY NOW!*
I started with: 70 spearman, 30 maceman, 40 pikeman, 17 swordsmen, 40 crossbowmen, 3 knights and 9 engineers (my useal siege force).
I first took all of my troops to the top-left corner of my map and used a treb to take out the round tower (the one nearest the north turret) and cleared it, then I trebbed the turret for fun :p I then launched 2 cows at the fallen round tower guys, killing most of them. I then made another treb and destroyed the walls around the round tower (therefore causing the fallen troops to fall back to the keep). I then sen't my knights into the castle and into the keep area and they died by spike pits, but I did manage to set off some picth defenses ;) With the knights dead, I sen't in small groups of crossbowmen to pick off some ranged troops, untill I had about 14 left which at that point I managed to clear a few more crossbowman and archers from the walls and towers. I then sen't in a portable shield followed by 2 crossbowman and 10 pikeman (the pikeman where used to release the killing pits) and then I used my 17 swordsman to breach the keep and kill the lord :)
I don't have the results, sorry :(
This map was extremely fun to play, harder than your other one by far.. this took me a good few attempts to beat ;)
What I suggest improveing on:
Not so many ranged troops in the towers, but more melee troops on 'aggresive mode' and 'defensive mode' to be more well guarded. Such as having 5 swordsman on top of the keep on aggresive mode.
Pitch ditches in more spread out places, or place them one at a time to set them off separetly for a more.. pyromaniacal feel ;)
Use the terrain wisely ;) On that tall standing cliff next to the keep part, you could place a wall on there and put a few crossbows for an added high advantage ;)
More ballistae or maybe even one mangonel will make this harder ;)

On the castle design, I would give it.. hmm, a 4.5? The only thing that you could of improved on is to enclose gaps and put enemy archers or crossbows to shoot at the onslaughting attackers.. overall, it's really good :)
