Log: June 27, 1415 Curse these barbarians! Today their rams destroyed our gatehouse, leaving the city open to the smallest of invasions. And in the mountains they are building an army; I saw it with my own eyes! I fear they will do to Castlin what they did to Moren. What a pity that such a beautiful city would be ransacked and taken by these invaders, only to be abandoned and left to gather dust. The dligence of the city shall be doubled, but it still shall not be enough. We need more men! But there is no more to spare. June 28, 1415And I thought we were short stocked before! Today they gave me a group of slaves to watch and defend my section of the wall! As least they also put another guard on the destroyed gatehouse, so I have someone with dignity to talk to. But this "guard" will not make a dent in any invading army, nor will it stand a chance attacking the barbarian city. entire division of solders have been wiped out by the enemy's terrible weapon, a liquid that is aflame, and when they pour it, massive sections of the battlefield go alight. We've heard them refer to it as their 'Pitch Defense System,' whatever that means. June 29, 1415 What a disaster! Today a lone solider from the barbarian city approached Castlin. At first, we thought it was a ambassador, to lay out the terms of our surrender before their mighty invasion. But then we saw the bot full of burning liquid... A brave solider ran out to destroy our enemy, but it was too late. The barbarian dumped the liquid on the ground, and it spread like the plague, into our beautiful city, destroying everything in this section of our city, killing all, except for me and my small platoon of slaves. What can we do?
June 30, 1415 I've got it! The barbarians will not be expecting an attack right after they destroyed our capital. My small group of slaves can sneak in their city, and set off their "Pitch Defense System," which will set fire to their city, and may even kill their king! But I'll have to be careful. If I accidentally kill any of the monks who live in
the area, I will be sent straight to the underworld. Ans if i kill any of our allies prisoners, they will declare war, and we will be utterly destroyed. Tomorrow, I will set my life into luck's hands and set out for their city. This is a puzzle map. In it, you will start a forrest fire, kill an enemy lord with pitch, destroy three cities, and lite a volcano. Reviews are welcome and will be returned in kind.
Updated:
Cannot (to my knowelege) kill enemy king without pitch.
Bug fixed where not all people in the volcano die. But to be safe, it's best to save before each pitch ignite.
You cannot prevent Castlin form going up in flames, unless you are really good at it.
Churches now ignite
Cenrulated wall engeneers more likely to go off.

Playability: 4.5
Hehehehe....the fire burned down everything! It is rediculous fun to light the pitch and watch as entire divisions of troops, cities, monks, and even lords are consumed. However, I ding this simply because it is a puzzle map, and I prefer normal invasions.
Balance: 4
This map was a bit too hard to figure out, and the soulution was too simple. I doubt i could have beaten it without your guide. I guess this is a mark of a true puzzle, so I'll give it a four.
Creativity: 5
A puzzle it'self is pretty creative, but a puzzle where you use sucide slaves to ignite pitch in an enemy king assination atempt is so creative, it's just silly.
Map Design: 4
Great map. I realy liked the walls of your city and your ruined city. What i didn't like was the sparse barbarian home town, and the ariea an the other side of the river. The volcano was pretty sweet, too.
Story/Instructions: 5
A story that was almost too long, and crystal clear instrustions. What i did not like was the gide, which was a little confuseing, but I could still decifer it.
