It was 1181 a.d. , the king has decided to wage war against Saladin's great army. Preperations were made, but we still lacked of certain things,we needed ships to cross the mighty seas if we were to reach Jerusalam.
The king was alarmed when he found out we don't have the required materials to make sufficient ships. He ordered you to set out questing for a land which is rich in resources.
You were loyal, you set out after a week with some of the best engineers.Over a month of searching, you finally found a land which is similar to what you were looking for.
A few engineers were ordered to set up a settlement while you and the others explored the land.A week later,to your surprise, you found an old dock next to the sea.The dock was abandoned but will serve great use in the future.
A few engineers left behind to rebuild it.You continued your exploration for your month. There were still not much results as the land was too big.
May 12,1181 ad - a letter arrived at your table, from the seal, you can tell that it was from the king. After you read the letter, you quickly ordered your men to work faster...but still..it was still the beginning of an end

I like this map very much and it was a challenge to me.
Also, a challenge.
I like the idea of gathering a certain amount of resources. But it was nearly impossible to get that much iron.
Map Design: 5
The map design was great. 5/5
I like the story. Very nice.
Good scenario. I hope to see more maps from you. Also, I'm bringing out a map in maybe a week. It's called Citadelity. It's an eyecandy/economic.

Rather an eco mission. The author has worked playfully here. Some eycandies, some tricks like stairs towards the iron plateaus (two).
Overall, it felt like Crusader megalomania to me.
Stored 300 ale, etc. ... Well, if it is possible to buy all requested goods at the market, it will be no problem at all, the more with a extremely high population (taxes).
A common mistake concerning the victory trigger. A win date is scripted late, January 1207. This is why check marks not yet appear. While the requests can easily be fulfilled by July 1189.
