(moved to the Stronghold: Invasions section - Sulis)

Playability: 1.5
This scenario is a place-your-own-keep style invasion. You have a formidable number of enemy troops guarding a castle structure to the northeast of the map. The goal is simple enough - kill the enemy Lord. However, playability suffers immensely because there is absolutely no challenge to this map. You start with a HUGE amount of gold, goods and weapons. Building several granaries and armouries, plus the largest stockpile possible will not hold all of thefood or supplies. I spent the best part of twenty five minutes selling surplus stock, recruiting an army approaching 400 units and preparing for a siege. The map is playable, but very very tedious and boring i'm afraid. It doesn't hold my interest, despite persevering for aproaching an hour.

Balance: 1.5
There is no challenge to speak of. Your economy has already been provided for and the preparation for the siege is largely due to turning up the gamespeed to maximum and recruiting troops. A full assault of the castle structure provides moderate interest but with such a huge starting pot of gold and ridiculously large starting supplies, a victory is inevitable.

Creativity: 1
Lacking creativity in any shape or form. There isn't anything that stands out, but rather a scenario that frustrates. A real shame.

Map Design: 1
Sadly, very poor. The Wolf's castle is more a collection of round towers and overly-thick walls forming a strategic barrier. It does what it is supposed to do, yet I cannot help but lament at the lack of effort put into what could have been a far better map. The landscape is largely unmodelled with only a small and crude outcrop of raised terrain (using a large brush size) with swatches of boulders and iron outcrops for your raw materials. However, you don't need to place iron mines as your starting goods are more than sufficient. Given the lack of effort and the poor appearance, there is little here to get excited about.

Story/Instructions: 1.5
No story, very little (if anything) in the way of instructions, save for a few hints. The severely limited content dictates the score.
