The Adventure begins:
Your Liege Lord and King has commissioned his 'most able' Lord Knight (YOU!) to take charge of, and expand a new settlement in prelude to establishing a mighty realm in newly discovered lands by securing materials for the upcoming castle to be built.
His Majesty's explorers report that it is rich in resources, wild game and natural beauty. Although it seems to be pretty untamed and rugged country, your Liege feels you are up to the challenge. Do not fail him, as others view your position in the Kings court with envious eyes and are waiting for the chance to take that position. Be advised though that they state there is just a 'small' wild animal problem.

Authors note:
I can guarantee you 2 things :)
1.) You will have fun.
2.) You will learn to hate wolves with a passion!!
Playability: Very good, kept my interest throughout. A nicely thought out first scenario in a series which looks promising.
Balance: This is a fairly challenging map. Whilst it can leave you frustrated at times, this is only due to the constant threat that wolves will pose (and yes, I truly hate wolves after this). Tricky but fun.
Creativity: Well thought out, with a good storyline and map. It's not a bad map by any means!
Map Design: Fairly interesting and suited to the story. The castle is basic, but when you are starting out on a small campaign like this with a view to develop the castle, it works well. Landscape is fair.
Story/Instructions: Generally good, I was interested with the story and it is nice to see a little humour instroduced!
Good map, good challenge, and recommended.

Map Design = 4 It looked good and realistic, but lacked any outstanding features.
Story = 5 Good story that made me want to download and play it.
Definitely a recommended play, and I'm glad to see more scenarios in this series.
