Playstyle: A mixture of Invasion, Siege and Economic.
The Realms Beginning:
We, Your Liege Lord and King are pleased with you for whipping the new settlement into shape (See Scribes Report entitled 'Overlords Realm - Part 1 - A New World'). We now task you in establishing a proper keep in a different area of the wilderness. With a portion of the supplies and materials you acquired from the previous settlement. You are to complete a small keep and secure the surrounding area in our name.
Unlike the first settlement the animal population around the new keep site is controlled. Unfortunately though it seems you have disturbed another sort of vermin. A local lord who calls himself "The Rat" seems to have taken offence to you moving into the territory. This person holds himself to be superior to all others who inhabit this realm. You are to show him the error of his ways by eliminating his presence and endearing the local peasant population (some of which have turned to thievery due to 'The Rat's' tyrannical rule), and swing them over to the service of your Liege.
Although the landscape is still somewhat rugged, the local population has a fair trade capability in raw materials and food, but they know nothing of weapons as "The Rat" does not allow the local people to have weapons or to trade in such.
'The Rat' has vowed to destory and drive us from the new lands, but being the pitiful excuse he is, will not try forever. He has mounted a major defense on the only existing quarry and iron site in the area. You are to defend yourself and terminate ALL enemy forces in the area with extreme prejustice.
You showed your valor in your first mission, Sir Lord Knight. I expect and demand no less in your continuing efforts.
