The description is included with the map, as well as hints, instructions and recommendations. There is enough space for even Wolf's large castle in every space except for the top left and right hand corners. Also, with Wolf's large castle in the bottom left hand corner, he tends to not build some of his castle because he has quarryies in the way. Its no big deal, but the Snake, when in the top right hand corner, doesnt enclose his keep with moats. Please rate, and leave comments so my map making skills get better. I have already one map, Change of Course, on this wesite, but I intend to upload some more, including siege and invasions too. Keep an eye out!

Schmidt, where is your map? i havent seen it. i will rate it when i comes out eventually
von Schmidt The reason you don't see it is because I didn't have much time the past week. I'll try to get it in soon. Its a skirmish map.

why did you lower the balance to 3? it seems like a well balanced map to me. ill keep an eye out for your map

well it is a crusader skirmish map, its as hard as you make it. try siting your keep somewhere else, and going against more opponents. the balance for most crusader maps is a 5, but still a 4.6 for this map is pretty good! :)
Venomrider The canyons in the middle are very good and presented a strategic point to set archers but there were a couple of ai problems like pig blocking off his gatehouse with gallows but that does not lower my interest in playing this interesting map.

EaglePrince This is really good map! The only downside is that the guy in the middle wouldn't build their castle at all.

However, I fixed this map. I just marked the positions of all stone keeps with pieces of stone, deleted them together with the lords, and then put the stone stone keeps right where they were. And I respawned the lords with Alt + V one by one.

I even made another version of the map - with oasis in the middle instead of the middle player. This way one could get one less opponent, but those present would have significantly more resources. This one the map can be quite a challenge - give them more resources from the beginning, and try to fight them of with what you have.
