Thanks for the compliment, EliteAce:) And, yeah, it might look kinda bad, because I made it long ago. Check out the forums for a preview of my upcoming map.

[I'm sorry, but these are really just comments and not a review as defined in the review guidelines. While your review is appreciated, you must discuss your reasoning adequately in each scoring category. I've had to retract the score. Please reread the guidelines by following the link in the upper left and resubmit this review in compliance with those guidelines to have your score count. Thanks.

Strongforce, you didn't review by the guidelines. You missed out balance and story and instructions. Also your review was extremely short and you did not give good reasons why you gave each score. You should fix your review as soon as possible.

The playability was good must of the time. All of the fires slowed me down from making food or producing weapons and the attacking forces were average.
You gave a little to much starting troops in my taste but the stockpiles of weapons in the armoury let me build extra troops when needed.
There really was much creativity here except for the castle. I did see pretty cool homemade towers though which helped bring up you points. You also did use the lowering walls trick though, I don't see many first time submitters who use that and the castle was one of a kind.

This and story/instructions is where you lost your points. The water fall in the back went down, then it went back up which made in very unatural. Also you should combine the see with the moat, like don't have the moat flood out farther than the shoreline. There was some other faults to like the iron mine which coulden't produce iron because it was on a med plain with no way down. Here's a tip.You should double check your maps before submitting or see if there's anything you can improve on before submitting.
This is where you lost points to. Your story only had a couple of sentences to it and didn't give any reason why he was attacking you. Also for the speeches in the game, I checked in the editor after waiting to way long to for the win to show up and they take 10 years to show up. You should make them like a couple of months to a year to show up, not ten years. There also was no lose objective (I guess you didn't want us to lose :) )which brought your points down.
Overall this was a pretty good map. Just work on your map design and stories and I'm sure that you'll be as good as Dougleass, Yoda48, Kester and everyone else.
