Title: Kar'ast Chapter IV "Treachery"

Playing as: Attacker then defender
Win conditions: No enemy or invasions left
Lose conditions: Invasion army destroyed or Lord killed
Map design: Morbid Angel and Lan al Malkier
After the defeat at Ustra the remaining invasion forces ran for their lives.They were crushed in the biggest attack in history.The Dorf were fed up and decided to track them down and kill every single one of the crusaders.So they started to pursue the retreaing army.Many thought that the crusaders would just flee from the mountain.But were wrong.
The crushed army walked stright into the "Devil's Throat" valley.This place was cursed by the gods and was impossible to establish a base here.There was barely any fertile land just dirt.Only the deer herds were the sustainers of life.The terrain was very rough.And at some point the valley started to close until it reached a dead end.Our troops decided that they had nothing to worry about and slowed down.The crusaders were in a trap.
But when the small force reached the dead end something magnificent stood in their way.A crusader stronghold , built right into the rock.Something so large and beautiful.The crusaders had constructed something that the Dorf didn't think was possible.But now the tide turned in the favour of the enemy.Scouts reported that the main army of the Christians was marching behind them.Now they were in a trap.The army couldn't go back or forward.It was too small to seige the castle.Finally the men decided that they have no choice.Either the go back and die.Or try to take over a castle that seemed impenitrable.So the men took up their swords put on their helms and were ready to strike.
Now you have to lead them to victory.
Authors notes:This map was a bit late ,because we wanted to make something truly unique.We wanted the terrain to look very realistic and give a miserable look.Just like a waste land.
The castle is very easy to siege.The problem is spotting the weakness.Things may look tough but we assure you that the map is beatable.The reason why we flagged it as hard not easy was because, sieging the castle requires a lot of patience.Once you take over the fisrt wall things should become a lot easier.Another reason why this is a hard map is that if you mess up one thing than the whole mission really becomes impossible.So try to keep a close look on your units.If someone can't pass the ceede event and wants to find out how it goes be sure to write and we'll give a hint.
Morbid Angel:My design partner will be going away for a while so the book "Treachery" will be postponed(no more than one or two months).
I decided to continue posting maps but they will be historically real.I have ideas how to take you back in time and withness the battles of Bulgaria.
