Hearts Trial Chp. 1: Calundi
Calundi had once been nothing but a bare rock mountain, devoid of all life, bleak, with blistering winds that drove off any soil, in which plants might live. So it was until Callun, from which the town gets its name, a wandering minstrel and jester, came to the mountain. A sudden weariness for travelling overcome him, and he wondered at himself, trudging day after day from place to place, to be jeered and laughed at, in return for a unkempt, ragged, flea covered blanket and a place on a hard stone floor in a corner. He built, through many days and weeks of labour, a building the size of a small Keep, made of wood. He dug deep into the earth in search of a spring. In his diggings, he found gold and silver, iron and coal, diamonds and rubies. Word of him began to spread. People flocked to his hall, working in mines in exchange for shelter, as well as an ample source of food and drink. A village sprang up, with an inn, brewery, mill and village Druid. It gradually spread, lowering their heights until buildings were level with the river. Surrounding farms began to spring up. The town began to look to defend itself against brigands and raiders. Walls of wood were erected, with a small moat. The Mountain was an impassable barrier on the East Side, going up north and down south. Yet the greatest defences of the town were the mages that resided in it, permanent protectors from the imperial court itself. As well as this it had a large standing army of recruits, armed with all matters of weapons, from swords to spears to bows. The town’s inhabitants believed that they were invulnerable. Yet they all were all to be proved wrong, terribly wrong… The Heartless one was coming!!! An Acient relic of times long gone is buried here and he wishes to find it. With his own mystical powers and an army of the fearsome Du'Akbar behind him, what is to stop him?

Hello Everybody. I'm back(for those of you who noticed I was gone:p), with my much, much, much delayed map, for various reasons like a loss of enthusiasm and an alternation of begging, threatining, pleading and swearing at my computers inability to load the game.(Stone Age thing).
