Interesting looking map. Lots of room to build but a complete offset of balances.
Play: Seems fairly playable, save the issues with balance. For some odd reason, each player starts off with a tower infront of the keep, with no stairs. Extra stone? Maybe, but still a bit confusing. Also this one has a good risk of being a choke map (0)
Balance: The big ouch! The resources are completely imbalanced, creating an uneven game. For example: 1 keep produces 8 stone and 10 iron, another 4 stone and 20 iron!!! The trees are ok, and the building space is acceptable, however they dont make up for this giant flaw. (-2)
Creativity: An average effort put in here. not alot of over texturing, save a waterfall in the middle. Little use of the raise/lower/average brush, which could have made the tactical centre much more interesting.(0)
Map: As stated above, slightly bland design. Nothing to special and very little effort put in to make the map look lush. (-1)
Story: What story?(-10)

I disagree with Wraiths comments posted about this map. I have had Holy Grail for some 6 months and still play it regularly. Theres a cool land bridge that usually works a treat. Ok its not the standard placement of Keep but that makes it more interesting, yougotta be more creative with your apples, in fact there`s a lot of ways to play Holy Grail. Best played without Mangonel cos it gets kinda close in the centre. Also it`s Killa Mikes favourite so grab a copy if your a mac user. We got a room on GameRanger most nights and at weekends - varlets welcome! Great Fun Map.
