Third Crusade. King Guy was released from prison by Saladin in 1189. He attempted to take command of the Christian forces at Tyre, but Conrad of Montferrat held power there after his successful defence of the city from Muslim attacks. Guy turned his attention to the wealthy port of Acre. He amassed an army to besiege the city and received aid from Philip's newly-arrived French army. However, it was still not enough to counter Saladin's force, which besieged the besiegers. In summer 1190, in one of the numerous outbreaks of disease in the camp, Queen Sibylla and her young daughters died. Guy, although only king by right of marriage, endeavoured to retain his crown, although the rightful heir was Sibylla's half-sister Isabella. After a hastily arranged divorce from Humphrey IV of Toron, Isabella was married to Conrad of Montferrat, who claimed the kingship in her name.
During the winter of 1190-91, there were further outbreaks of dysentery and fever, which claimed the lives of Frederick of Swabia, Patriarch Heraclius of Jerusalem, and Theobald V of Blois. When the sailing season began again in spring 1191, Leopold V of Austria arrived and took command of what remained of the imperial forces. Philip of France arrived with his troops from Sicily in May.
Richard arrived at Acre on June 8, 1191 and immediately began supervising the construction of siege weapons to assault the city. So defend Acre from crusaders.

Review? OK, I'll try to make one as fair as possible. I didn't give you 5 anywhere because 5 means "prefect", and all parts of the map can be better.
The map is very hard to play, but if I forget that, it's well made. You could add more events, such as a travelling fair, jester etc. But the map is well created, as it forces you to keep running the ecnomy, to defend the outer wall to save farms, and, of course, to defend the castle itself. But at least some stone deposit would be really great, as it is very hard to keep the economy just by selling wood. Also I missed to create some meelee troops, but that depends only on player's skill.
Well here again comes the difficulty. I know it's rated as hard, but don't get me wrong, it's too hard. It is possible to win this map, but maps should be for everyone, not only for skilled gamers. Even this is a great challenge, it's too much out of balance. Playing this map for unskilled players can be very frustrating at all.
You combined some good ideas, and together they make an interesting map. I haven't seen a map like this on SHH yet, and this one allows a lot of tactics to win. You can wisely use the cliffs to ambush with fire throwers when all enemy non-close combat units are dead, you have the defending much easier when you don't let the enemy to destroy the outer wall, because you can set the whole path to the castle ablaze. You also need a good economy here, because you can create only expensive arab archers, and only thing to sell is wood. Surely the best part of your map.
Map Design: 3.5
You could spare more time making the terain, for example the cliffs need more "eyecandy" elements, like rocks, stone, iron, shrubs, etc. Also the castle desing isn't very interesting at all (and I really missed stairs). The simple "square" desing is very old. The terrain doesn't look very realisitc, but it is still good work. Try to add more features to your map, for exapmle some ruins in the cliffs would look great.
I see no problem with the story, it's historical, and it's enough long. I don't like very long epic stories, because I think the download part of SHH is supposed to be a map database, not a library.
Please, dont be angry with these comments, If I've done something unfair, I'm very sorry. Main problem of the map is it's extremely hard difficulty, wich will make a lot of players to be bored playing this map. Maybe If i could win the map i would give higher mark, but I really tried to eliminate my personal feelings as much as possible.
