Right, this is my first try of actually making a castle. Tell me what you think about it. The welsh name for Llandovery is Llanymddyfri but that seemed a little hard so I choose the engish version. By the way Llandovery is prenounced clandufree not landoovery ;)
Lots of people really like to have a little map so they can kind of see what they are going to play before they play it. There is a program you can use to make a picture.
I had a review for you but it got lost in the system.Just work on landscaping.:)

Overall I personally enjoyed the map it was fun to see what all I can do with just trading. You have just the right amount of starting off goods to get rolling. The first thing needed is a marketplace and then everything takes off from there. tons of flat wide open land to be really creative.
I also liked the inverse effect around the castle of lower walls next to the castle and going higher from there. It gives a nice effect.
Now on the downside. the map was just flat and boring. I know the idea you are trying to acheive here by giving people the opportunity to build in a large flat landscape but you need to suppliment that with bushes shrubs and maybe a scattered tree or two just to break things up.
Overall it was an easy map to build a large empire upon wioth trading but the overall eye appeal lacked here.

The castle itself is nice, but you MUST also work hard on the landscape, too.
