Looks like a lot of fun but I won't be able to play it for a little while.
(Unless you can email it to me.)

Nothing in this map looks natural, was that your intention?

Is that a stone bridge. If so it would only get destroyed.
Unless you defend it quickly.

The point is not there... The trees are in the entire sands instead on the oasis, which in fact are empty... Don't talk 'bout the water which comes from the nothing and CLIMBS hills :D Quite quickly done, I'd say it's not even good for a multiplayer... Have a look at Mapmaking 101, please!

After looking at the map I notice that the bottom right has a somewhat huge advantage.

My god! I thimk it's safe to say that this is the ugliest map I have ever seen. Have you ever downloaded a map? Look at maps, and look at how they look natural. It helps

I don't think anyone here needs to be reminded to be kind in their criticisms. so TRY to give constructive criticism.
to the map maker: something that will help you make better maps is to take time with it. get a feel of the map and how you think it could be made better. some maps here have had a creation time of months.
Also, check out other maps that have a high rating. take a long look at how parts of it were made. it will help you immensely to see how you can get the same effects into your own, in a different way of course.
another thing you can do is check out mapmaking 101 on the main site. this will also make it easier when you're making a map.
you also to think about if something looks natural. if looks like it might be out of place in the real world, it may be a con to the map.
you also don't need to submit every map you make. do some on your own and take this advice

I have noticed from your other maps some people haven't been... all that courteous to you. i hope what i have said encourages you to keep mapmaking and improve upon your skills!

ok, i will try to offer as much CONSTRUCTIVE (unlike some other comments here) criticism as possible as such these comments are for
As said above, water cannot climb hills, but rather cut through them, i think i grasp your idea in the top left, but the right hills would be flattened.
As for water coming down mountains, make it a small stream coming down a gradual hill.
You might want to experiment with the brush tool sizes, by clicking on the brush tool at the bottom left of the editor, this will enable you to make things look more realistic.
The oasis looks nice, but can probably be improved. Hope to see more maps from you!
