Playability:..3..I gave playability a three, because after at least 8 attempts to take the castle, I had come no closer to victory than the first time even after I had tried many different combinations of troops, but I think it may be possible, but I had no luck. I think part of the problem may have been that I was mesmerized by the thousands of birds flying and swirling all about. Anyone ever see Hitchcocks "The Birds"? It was halarious and made me laugh to see such a massive amount of birds flying as thick as a hive of bees. Balance:..3..Not bad balance, but since the author instructed that the scenario be played only as the attacker, and being unable to do much as the attacker, I gave it an average score of 3. Creativity:..4..The birds flying around everywhere as thick as flies on...uhh, pies, was creative to say the least. Map Design:..3.. Not really much on this map,..the castle was well done, but the landscaping could have used some more terrain effects or eyecandy. Story/Instructions:..5.. A very entertaining story, well written for the most part, and was reflected in the castle itself nicely. The story did a good job of setting the mood for the scenario, and I found it to be the most polished aspect of the siege. Summary:..This isn't a bad siege. Actually its challenging to the extreem, if you want to be challenged to that extent. Average players such as myself, may want to try something a little easier until their skills increase to mach the difficulty, but seasoned vets will probably like it much better. The birds were halarious to see and made me laugh, and for that I have to thank Ztolk. This is the opinion of an average player and not a pro, so somebody else may rate it higher, but I still think it's worth the download, at least to see all the birdies.
