This is a 'seige that' castle which is a Motte and Bailly and you have to kill the enemy force. I based the shape of the castle from the Motte and Bailly castle from Lords of the Realm 2. The enemy army is quite strongand there are about 200 of them (mainly spearmen and Archers) but it is still quite easy but is quite hard. Enjoy and post any comments here or e-mail to email@example.com.
Very good at first I thoughty it might turn into an unplayable sideshow but you have to be careful when to reteat to the next line of defence. First the circular part then Then th second wall then the keep.
It was also a very good replica of a motte and baily. withno troops that came later

This is a good balanced castle. But the only tactic you have to do is to pull your men back and place them all onto the platforms

A really nice castle, not many people have made wooden castles and this was a very good one in my opinion.
Playability = Very nice, it was difficult playing both sides, but enjoyable at the same time :)
Balance = The defenders could be overrun quite easily if you approach from behind the keep, the balance was quite right a few more defenders would have added to the map. The troops in the lower bailey seemed to be asleep; I picked these guys off without them firing a shot back. Quite strange that was!!
Creativity = A unique map, you have done the motte and bailey castle justice!!
Map Design = overall, no complaints except the enemy appear far to close, better spacing on the map would help this.
Story = There wasn’t any, except to tell us it was a motte and bailey castle, a bit of history or story would have enhanced the scenario!!
Overall= a quality castle I really enjoyed playing, I might even look into designing my own wooden castle.

Good map. I also played Lords of the Realm II and used this castle a lot. I also made this castle in the editor, and I must admit it, yours is better than mine.
Very fun and cool to play again. I played something like 3 times. The only problem was that the enemy (your) troops started near the castle, but that was also something wornd in Lords of the Realm.
It was fun to play in both sides. Mainly when you get those mangonels to breach those walls.
Well, this was taken from another game and copyed it. What can I give you?
Map Design: 5
It looked a lot like the LotR motte and bailey, but it was even better than that one! Also, I think i'll make more wooden castles...
S / I : 2
Poor, but what can you do? Showing that the forces of the Knight or the Bishop invading your castle?
Overall: It was a nice map. Just some more changings and maybe some sort of story and it would be a really nice map.
