artofmath I have to say, you're spitting out maps in quite rapid succession. Best spend a bit more time on each. Use them as a chance to imprve your mapmaking skills. ;)

Where is passed mission #4 ? Anyway, I just tried the fifth map of your campaign. This is what I think about it :

Playability: 4
Like all the other maps (our campaing is quite repetitve till now), we have to defend our castle against some poor assaults from the Snake and the Pig. Theu use archers, macemen, or pikemen and crossbow. But, wxell, killing them is very easy. The Snake attacks quickly, but we can easily kill his troops with the first troops. Developing the castle is very easy, and I've met any problems in this map. I think this could be a problem if you do all your maps like that.

Balance: 3.5
Well, the major problem in this map is that the enemies, if they are a lot, must skirt around the lake of the North in order to put these troops at the right. So, they don't attack the castle, but they mustwalk very close to him, so we can easily kill them all. So, the last attack isn't a problem, because the major part of the macemen go in the North of the castle before attacking, but we can kill all the macemen.

Creativity: 2
It's your fifth (fourth ?) map, and, well it's always the same thing... So, this could be quite repetitive, now... You're not obliged to do all the time maps where we already have a castle to defend. There's a lot of other possibilities : siege, creating a castle in order to destroy another, etc... Doin another kind of challenge must be a very great idea.

Map Design: 4
Well, the design of the map is quite good. You can do beautiful maps, but it's not the design itself which make a excellent map, it's just a part of a map. A map can be beautiful, but if the map is boring, or too simple, it's a bad map. Be careful, because your campaign seems to be like that...

Story/Instructions: 1.5
I don't know if we can speak about a real summary. We don't have a name, we don't have a precise objective, we just have enemies who want atack us, but why ? Who ? Where ?? A campaign needs a story. Without a story, a campaign isn't really a campaign.

Additional Comments:
Like the third map...
Fintrollx you should listen to artofmath's words, it is better to spend more time on one map and get it done nicely so that you make the best you can
Lord Faramir II This definately needs work...
