Greetings, lords, ladies and metalheads! Please notice that this is SHC Extreme skirmish! I guess most of you are getting quite bored with the several not so good skirmishes in the new SHC Extreme. Personally I did, I think they are 20 - one per mission in the trail. Anyway, I got enough of them and decided to do some new and, hopefully, better. The map is unbalanced, cause the 2 players in the east have pitch and the others don't. 7 players - 7 obstacles. Best played as East VS Best... ehem, I meant East VS West(3 VS 4), but you can play it North VS South (3 VS 3) as well. I tried to do the terrain as detailed as possible. I know most of you won't consider the central round plateau as a realistic element, but my idea for ti was to be something like Der Flakturm in Berlin - high round tower with massive defenses that has sigh of everything on the map and the power and range to destroy it. Perhaps most of you won't like the shapes a lot, but I did it to prevent easy, fast kills. With such location of the keeps and the possible paths, leading to the central keep, it could turn into a bloody war. As every of my maps I;e added eyecandy features. This time this is a lion baricade, guarded by a coward spearman and an engineer who wants to make soup of them :D Of course the destroyers (like me) could kill'em all. The map could be tougher for the weaker players, because they cannot uild apple orchards, but everything else, producing food, instead them, including our favorite hunter posts :) Some players have maximum stones for 2 quarries and enoguh iron for 2 mines. The 2 players in the east have enough pitch for 3 rigs (each), 2 quarries and 2 mines, which unfortunatelly they'll have to share with the boss on the plateau in order to keep his castle at one piece. The worse is they will have to guard them with the piece of their lives. Forget about every gold rushing tactics, by selling tons of stones :) The two players in the west have one euro outpost each and the two in the east have arab outposts each. The rest will have to fight with their "raw" armies :) The map is playtested and works fine with all AIs. I decided to do not write a story, because: 1 - my writer skills suck 2 - and so does my english :) You're supposted to "own" xD the lord in the middle, but as long there is no such win condition (there aren't any) in the skirmish editor you left only to kill'em all :) Enjoy... v1.1 changes - now every player has an outpost, the player in middle has 2. More stone and iron added.
