One element of the map holds my attention, it's the the hollows upon the northern hills whith trees growing in them. This looks interesting and may match natural equivalents.
Other elements I don't like. In the shape of the southern linear crest there is no "response" to the foothill coming from the north. The big spots of iron at the top of dunes appear rather implausible. Not least, in Palestine and Syria there do not live Antilopes in desert area. The Rhim Gazelle (Gazella leptoceros) can scarcely be found in north Africa.
Kindly some weapons are given at the start to fight the numerous packs of lions invading.
