This is not a historical map, but was meant to be set in the area of the England/Scotland border line. As for the story;
Months ago, the advisors decided to test you for the first time. The reputation of your father, and promising oppinions of your teachers have led to this decision. They have given you some basic objectives to ease you into the process of managing as a lord.
Again, this is an easy map. Meant more for beggining economists than experienced busininessmen.
As the description says, a nice and easy scenario (on very hard). Basic goals await the player: wood and meat. Wolf and fire events provide some thrill.
So this one could work as one of the earliest missions of the Stronghold original campaign.
The landscape is rough but with real charm. Fine elevations make it difficult sometimes to place wood cutter huts.
Only one aspect is incoherent and irritated me: the restrictions. It fits to the scene that many buildings are not available. The chapel seems to be. But a quarry is not, and in the market you cannot buy stone.
PS: What about your "Tower" map?
