A large army marching across the wilderness is trying to reach the city of Hundenshire. But on there way they find that they are blocked by the enemies castle. They can either go round where the marsh is or attack. Going round would take too long and if they capture the castle they could benefit from it. The order is given to charge...
Inside the castle it is an ordinary day everything seems to be going well until there is a roar from across the river, the enemy are charging! But the castle garrison is not fully prepared!
Played this as an defender. hard setting lost 37% troops, using pitches, boiled oils, Xbows and Dog traps. there's nothing wrong with playability AI works fine, the map is just too easy.
was not really hard map, after checking first enemy movements i could easily take out those swordmen with fire. Didn't lose alot of troops there. even though this should have been "hard"
Castle shape is interesting, pitches and traps are also good to have on this kind of strategy siege.
Map Design: 2.5
Really plain, needs more detail: bushes, stones, grass, more realistic this was done about same like in your first map.
there is story and instructions but it is weird that the story is different in game and in download page, but like i've said many times doing like this is better than to just put 2 dots on download page and nothing in game :D
i think you should read map making 101 found on the main site to get some tips, and then start working on your next project. hope to see more maps from you in the future :)
