strongholder nl You might get more downloads if you placed a longer discription with your maps. Check out the discription with Harlow's Wood. It's way better then just: "give your feedback please".

Mimihitam, Why don't you just use the "Update" button on this page and type the description into the "Description" box. Then prospective downloaders will be able to read it. :)

I have edited my first post, thank you ericgolf :)
peter2008 Hi Mimihitam,

you graded your scenario as normal ... at least it's special! Seldom one has to take the role of an Arab lord and cope with the task using Arab warriors only! And the mission is tough and fairly unbalanced. While you are squeezed into the southeastern corner the Pig's xbows dominate almost the entire oasis shooting your farmers permanently (a small sized map). While your mercenary troops are highly expensive and you are in danger of running out of food and beer to sustain taxes, it's a shock to recognize that the Pig is given some 60.000 gold so he can nonstop buy and spam xbows.
From the start I felt in need to attack - in well thought steps to enclose the Pig's centre. First I sent out my lord to kill the enemies north of the water, meanwhile a force of bows and ballistas (secured by swords) occupied the northern dunes. Some other bows and slingers cleared the Pig's left flank. Honestly I must say that I used a (dirty) trick, too. If the enemy's too near buildings can't be (re)placed. So I destroyed the Pig's barracks often and eventually managed to get some soldiers stand near its location. Thus he was cut off using his remaining 58.000 gold. Otherwise I would have seen no chance other than sitting on the dunes and permanently killing his forthcoming lines and watching his stock of gold melting away.
Has anyone got a better idea?
So altogether I very appreciated this distinctive variant of the Crusader campaign style. More praise: the story I find straightforward, the modified Pig's castle works and the landscape is convincing.

Thank you for the feedback. When i think the scenario is easy, many said it's hard, but when i say it's hard, many said it's easy *lol*. But this game is finishable.. I will update the difficulty.
