Lord_of_Hell Another invasion. I'll check out this map as well.

[Edit] Shortly played your map.
When the wolfes invaded me I had no chanse to survive. The trick with woodcutters doesn't work here as the wolfes are way too numerous.

I lost my king but not the kingdom. The map hasn't any Lose conditions and it would be better to insert one or the map will be impossible to lose. Ok?

I'm fix a problem and update map. Now,if yout Lord is dead you lose game. Also,I put some more archers so you can defend yourself from large pack of wolves.Enjoy playing.

Now I'am going to make heavier map "Life in Neighbourhood".
-add post
-more soldiers on firecamps.
Lord_of_Hell Yea, I'm going to play.

[Edit] Played your map and for me is completely impossible even on 'easy'. First played on 'normal' difficult and I lost at the first invasion. Then I vas curious in about 'very hard' - of course I lost. The last try was on 'easy'. I survived to the first invasion but on second one I had no chanse and I don't think that anybody could have.

The reason for imposibility in this map is that you set invasions way too early to charge one after another. To repair this you could leave some time between them (about 2-5 years) and the map would be possible.

The wolfes attacks on beggining was very good.
I think that for you is also impossible. But no problem - repair this and I'll check out it again.

TwoDie LOL, lord_of_hell, men, go to map and look at invasions its not imposible to play :D 4 invasions every year and game must end after 5 year... and the creater of the map is really lazy. He cant test hes map?! man what are you thinking?

peter2008 TwoDie said it before me: This map has not been play tested. No question, LoF would not beat it himself. I managed to survive one and a half invasions - on normal level and with some extraordinary tactical tricks. Having experienced this, the time was not wasted.
The scripting is a joke. Lower the invasions at the start, let them become stronger later. Give more time between them. Perhaps place another signpost for exciteness. (Are there win and loose conditions?) Above all, play test yourself.
Lord_of_Hell Yea, I've noticed that the map wasn't playtested before being submited but I'm trying to help him , at least for now. However, perhaps he'll be unsatisfied if on next map submited I'll review his map with a 1 or 2. But in most part I'm agree with you. LoF, playtest your maps before really playing by people of this communities.

I'll updated it again. Now you have 3-4 years betwen invasions.
Lord_of_Hell If you don't playtest it by yourself you'll have to update it over and over again. Are you sure that's good?
What they are saying to you Lord of Fire is that you need to slow down. You need to play your own new map many times *before* you submit it to SHH Downloads. Each time you play it you will see something new that needs adjusted. Then, after many days or weeks, you can then submit the map. That way it will be good the first time a member downloads your map and plays it.

Make a map. Start a thread about it in the map room and ask for play testers.
