I welcome you sharing maps. Will surely play to find out what's exciting and perhaps new with this adventurous looking castle. Will be a challenge to place there everything I want.
From the first view of the minimap, the mountain range looks very interesting. And the dunes in the northwest have a natural appearance.
I'd like to ask you to spend more time with landscaping. It's not necessary for the fighting but for the eye (Crusader has so beautiful a graphics, though the desert is hard to design). And indirectly the scenery is quite important for the military: by the economy.
Along the river there's no greenery while trees appear in the western desert. Should be the other way round.
Some lines look very sharp and straight (the border of the grass in the east, the canyon in the west). Nature models smooth and fine.
Perhaps you enjoy some articles of the section Mapmaking 101, among them

Or look around and watch others' Crusader landscapes, e.g. by surajsubba.
Feel free to ask anything you want, to map design and game play. Best wishes.

Now I've played the map. Had fun and noticed you had fun making it.
Nothing of "place what I want". Your restriction of the wheat and hops chains feels frightening. The oases are shaped in an arbitrary way challenging to detect space for the dairy farms needed for leather armour. Decided to escape forwards and stopped with about 40 hunters and 114 population. The hunter's post fit to the steep terrain. Economy worked fine, that's effective Crusader. Long rows of hunter and wood cutters walked through the gates ...
... even in front of the invasions. Here I'd rate the mission easy (anyhow not hard) for three reasons. You're given very much to prepare and proceed. The invasions are not strong to constitute a real danger (besides raiding in the east). From one signpost they have to charge directly towards the walls. Ended up in deep layers of wooden traps. The rams never made it to the other side of the river. - Sold lots of bows to empty the armoury.
Lol: the single swordsman within the last invasion - a mercenary of the Arabians.
One thing seems to be a terrain bug. Towards the southern terrace the peasants cannot walk through the gate. Had to remove the walls upside the stones (man, was I happy when I discovered the stones that way).
Altogether an original mission. You've made good progress on important levels: restrictions and graded invasions. Congrats and thanks.

Behind the gate, at the foot of the slope there's a step too high for the people to cross it. You can fix this by using the Equalize tool in the Height section. :)
