Your keep is on southeast of the map and crucial resources like iron,stone and oil are far from you so you must base your economy on wood and food.On west from your keep is a river and you can take it for your advantage.
-2 signposts (southwest and north)
-invasions in period of 3 years
-couple of bears far on northwest could be a problem for hunters
-plague is coming after every invasion so balance your popularity.
Hey, this is it. Here's fun for everyone.
You have playtested very well, so that there is enough challenge on normal and lots of micromanaging needed on very hard. (I saved after every attack.) Congrats!
This mission sets you into a corner of the map and against all the four Stronghold enemies.
Straightforward, brief and entertaining. You can build a keen mountain fortress. Due to the layout and the plagues you will loose a lot of workers and must have an eye on popularity to get new peasants again as quick as possible.
It's fine that there are just enough trees.
Most of the landscape looks quite good.
Perhaps you like to shape certain things finer, like the cluster of iron and the huge marsh. In the open green plain some diversion would have fit.
And just to mention it, the narrow canyon works alright for the number of units on normal only. On v.h. the invasions splits, some men come from over the hills and walk to the signpost while the others already start the charge.

I'm improve my mapmaking skills for a little and the next map will be certainly better than this one,altough I mean that this map is not bad,too.

Imo, you've done a big step. The invasions almost couldn't be better. (Luckily the aim is "no enemies on map" rather than "keep enclosed" or "nice castle", lol.

No castle to start makes this replayable, but the ability to use chokepoints take away from it a little bit. Invasion could be a little closer together.
Without moats this map would be harder. For me moats made this simple blocking chokepoints.
No story, and it is just starting landscape with build your own castle invasion. No real eyecandy or ingenuity.
Map Design: 5
Landscape is very nice and realistic looking. The rivers cut well into the landscape and look like they have been around a while. Rocks and boulders highlight waterfalls and areas with fords for a natural touch.
No story and the few instructions give away events that could have made it harder if they were not known about.
Additional Comments: Btw I played on normal, did not try any other settings if that matters.
