Here's some fine minimal art and variety. :)
And a problem with castles 2 and 6. They are potentially non-working installations. The Snake uses moat to complete all castles. Moat is placed after farms etc., so they can block it. But now, for Sn2 and 6 this blocking is actually vital. If he can successfully finish digging there will be no access to the gate. The clever one will be locked in.
If you play as an ally of such a Snake (like in mission 27 of the first Crusader Trail), you have to repeatedly 'delete' ('x' tool) his moat or add an extra gate to his walls (in the picture without archers on it).
Edit. A bug. In Snake 1, of the the stairs leading to the Defence Tower either the first or the last step is missing.
(Possible to add it.) The Granary hides the stairs. - Compare the discussion in the comments to Wolf screens.
Though the castles are confused relating to the order of the eight .aiv files !

the installations portrayed aren't mods. They are the original set of differing castle designs by Firefly in Crusader 1.
You will encounter them in the Historical missions and all or most of them in the Skirmish games.
