Map Size: 160x160 (Tiny)
Made with version: 1.1
This land has been known to cause mixed feelings. At the sight of the river running along the hills made Jerome feel peaceful and lonely at the same time. He knew of the myth of the land, as that’s the reason he has chosen this place to live.

There was a half-goddess who watched over the land with such pleasure. She made sure that the people and animals were in harmony. For centuries, there were no wars, riots, or murders. The land was serene and the people were delighted. Problems were the least expected of the men and women.

The half-goddess withdrew from the area for a few months. Events of the unfortunates occurred. A neighboring castle launched a first strike on the people and riots of panicked people have started. The people were able to hold off, but more than two-thirds have died. They took the half- goddess’ powers for granted and depression soon overcame them.

When she returned, the people were full of anger. And for the people’s rage consuming her, she had been bound from her duties. And the half-goddess ended up dying. Peace was not restored and wars came until the land has been a forsaken hell-hole.

A few centuries later, the land has been left alone. People who have lived here ever since thought that the half-goddess would rebirth and grant peace once again.

Land of the Bliss and Sorrow

And to this day, she never came back.

peter2008 Nice map to play on. The half-goddess and the new people are happy (even with Christian churches).
I liked the hilly country, the steep rocks along the stream in the south and the many fords.

You could add the full story. It helps to understand the origin of the ruins in the land.
