A war machine Rat.
If I've counted right, there are 11 poleturners and 5 fletchers (pop 42). In any case, this should help the AI making gold even in hard times. Because of a fixed number of stock limit for goods, he constantly sells up to +10 spears. Still buys +2 bows before assaults. Would be an interesting test to compare the income of the mod Rat with an original one (with never more than 5 workshops, divided up differently).
Edit: Wow. After some years, given 8.000 starting: While an original rat4 castle had a level of about 4.000 gold, this WM Rat achieved 12.000 or even 15.000 gold.
Idk excatly about the increasing number of assault troops the Rat sends out. From this castle, I found me attacked by about 120 units at the 4th or 5th charge!
Nice shape overall, with 3 gatehouses. Nice the lookout tower. Were you not allowed to place any archers up there? (Is this blocked by the AIV Editor because the original Rat lacks towers?).
The high negative fear factor you added for boosting the economy of the Rat, I guess?

well all i did was try to make a castle that fited the Rat's personality, seems like it worked prety well, knowing that the rat is supposed to be weak i didn't put any wells or water pots.
And with the negetive fear factor buildings, i used them in 2 ways:
First ,yes,to bost the economy (i found out that even if you have -5 fear factor and no + popularity, it would still be over 60 and some time went into the 50s).
Second i just thought it would go nicely with his rat like personality.
Next i will be making snake AIV.

I remember in one rat castle, the marketplace was right next to the barracks. Which allowed me to do something VERY funny.
I took a fire ballista and set fire to his marketplace. It immediately went up in flames, along with the barracks. Since the marketplace is weaker, it fell down first... and the rat built it again. Meanwhile, the troops all burned alive. The marketplace caught on fire. Then the barracks went down, and the rat replaced that. It turned into an ongoing cycle of burn-collapse-replace-burn-collapse in his castle, due to the lack of a well. xD
