This is somewhat a new look for the Sheriff. The keep is still tightly enclosed, but added more towers. Also, instead of part of his inside defense exposed, all is inside his miniature "village", which surrounds him.
Improvements: stronger defense on both inside and outside; stronger economy; more fire-proof (not %100 sure on this, but there are more wells and water pots).
Weak spots: The sides of the exterior, not as much protection there; takes him more time to settle his economy, so an instant rush and kill could be possible; takes pressure to attack you, so if you keep attacking him, he'll start sending troops to "annoy" you; EXTREMELY large, so he needs a lot of space to build.
