The Emperor's New Clothes: A New Castle for Frederick

Author File Description
lordnmb

Here is a new castle I designed for Emperor Frederick. It uses the same basic ideas in castle design that is present in his 8 original AIV files but takes it up just a notch. Please feel free to share your thoughts!

Please see the "READ ME.TXT" file contained in the ZIP For more information!

Thank again! I hope you enjoy it!

TwoDie From jpg i see you had allowed for frederick to build a two armory's. Best for him is three armory's becouse then he sells weapons, then now hes armory would be almost all game fulled.

Too much of blacksmiths and armorers, that gives no profit in making troops, and when his armory always would be fulled... Better to build more fletchers, then he easily would recuite a lot of archers!

And design of castle a bit boring, when we know that FireFly maked same looking. And when this castle is huge so he will not be able to attack with full power as there are a lot of water and less gate houses.

In the actual design there are 3 armoury buildings, not 2. The actual design varies in very minor ways from the screen I showed here.

Thank you for your suggestions.
Lord_of_Hell does Emperor Frederick dig his moat so quick you placed so heavy water? lol, it will take a loong time to build that castle. On maps with many resources this castle will manage best.

Yes the moat is huge, but I figure if he gets bored, he can dig! LOL! This was my first castle, and I was not aware of how painfully slow Fred was with the shovel! ;-)
XergasverDemon More and more you awe me with these castles lordnmb, you have done very well with this one. Kept one of his other castles similiar but made it stronger. Good work :).
